With over a decade of experience in disassembly, removal, and sales, Corey has exceptional skills in value assessment. Currently serving as Operations Manager, he makes sure that our teams operate efficiently. Joe began his professional journey with us as a part-time employee while pursuing his college education. After graduating, he transitioned into a full-time utility role. MASTER ELECTRICIAN
Chris commenced his electrical career in 2012 after graduating from the Local 26 Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee (JATC) program. He holds electrical licenses in both Washington, D.C., and Virginia. With extensive knowledge of electrical systems, Chris is proficient at teaching and supervising others, drawing from over a decade of experience in the field. As a master electrician, he is at the forefront of the team, providing leadership and electrical expertise.
Jonathan
Warehouse Manager
Jonathan began his career in the moving industry, where he gained valuable insights into effective organizational practices. As our Warehouse Manager, he oversees daily operations for equipment intake and dispatch, helping everything run smoothly. Jonathan’s strengths in disassembly, communication, and analytical thinking improve our team’s efficiency, creating an environment of productivity and precision.

Liquidation Manager
Joining our team directly after high school, Sam has quickly mastered the details of our e-commerce division and serves as the primary overseer of its operations. With a strong attention to detail, Sam has effectively assumed responsibility for identifying, pricing, shipping, and communicating with customers regarding the resale of equipment.
Dennis
ELECTRICIAN, PM
Dennis began his career by completing residential electrical installations before transitioning to the commercial world. Since making this shift, he has acquired the skills to conduct project estimates and oversee the installation and decommission of electrical equipment in various settings. His strong leadership abilities have enabled him to evolve into an accomplished Project Manager, effectively managing diverse projects and leading teams.

With over three decades of experience in building maintenance, Jim brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. Jim spent 26 years at Freddie Mac, where he served as a senior building engineer, overseeing complex maintenance operations, managing critical systems, and ensuring the reliability and safety of facilities. His deep understanding of building infrastructure, paired with a hands-on approach and dedication to quality, makes him an invaluable asset in handling both routine and complex maintenance challenges.
